New doser from Jebao

The pump came in today! It was easy to take apart and program. I haven't tested to see if it gives an accurate dose or not, but I can post the results later tonight or maybe tomorrow. The pumps do make noise but I do not find it to be horribly loud at all and I don't think I will notice it since it will be inside my stand. Here are some pictures. If you want more information let me know.

Nice to see they changed up the design, for a long time every Chinese company putting out a doser had the same exactly look. Same button layout, same shade of blue for the front plate, even some "brand name" ones that looked exactly the same. One factory to rule them all... and we'll put your brand name on the front for a nominal charge

Proof is in the pudding though, how does it work? Hurry hurry start dosing!!!!

Oh and I'll say it just to get it out of the way, yes it looks just like the GHL doser minus a few buttons and indicator LEDs on the front. Doesn't matter though.

Without a doubt it looks like the GHL. There are indicator lights on the front to let you know which pump is running. To manual dose there is no button on the front, to do that you need to do it thought the main screen. I haven't started dosing yet because I'm still figuring out my daily usage. I have dosed vinegar once with the doser and it seemed to work just fine. Time will tell how it holds up though.

Good luck with that, I just started my big tank up, and it's kind of starved for corals, how the hell are you supposed to figure out daily usage with a dozen or so corals when you got in the neighborhood of 600 gallons of water volume! Wait a whole month and see what it drops to?

I need to get me a dosing system up and running in the near future, I was actually looking at the GHL unit, although for $120 plus shipping....

Wow that's a pretty set up. My DT is only 75g. I'm testing my KH daily, CA every few days and MG once a week.
