eed advice on high light planted aquarium

Robinhooders Registered Member Join Date: Jun 2014 Posts: 1	eed advice on high light planted aquarium I have an aquatic life dual fixture. Currently has one white light bulb that is 1000k. The other bulb is a roseate bulb. I was told I needed the reddish lighting for plants. Now I'm being told to ditch both bulbs and go for something atleast 10000k. But I'm confused. Red light or no? I'm just trying to get my swords to grow crazy!!
