Led add ons HELP adding leds

I have been considering buy and adding on some leds.

This would enable me to run my metal halide a lot less cutting down the bill and being a little greener.

My only concern is acclimation and over lighting.

I have a 250 watt non hqi MH 22k and 4 T5ho 2 wave point blue 2x purple.
I want to add some blues and uvs.

The only reason is to have leds and t5s and cutting the /MH to 2 or 3 hours a day from 5-6.

I want to add 6 uv violets and 8 Rb and blue. Should I run them at a lower 500ma rating. As I will raise the fixture some to let everything gdt used to the addition.
