Here we go again... T5 Bulb Combo

Heres my idea for a T5HO Bulb combo for a LPS dominated tank, with maybe a few SPS on a 6 bulb fixture on a 75g

Front to back....

ATI Blue +
GE 6500K
ATI Blue +
ATI Purple +
ATI Blue +
ATI Coral +

I don't have any experience, just piecing together ideas from other threads and suggestions from my LFS. Feel free to tell me I'm totally wrong.

What Spectrum are you looking for? That looks like a crisp white 11k to me with the Coral Plus and 65k.

That will be a bright light and will easily handle any sps coral you can put in there. I run 6 bulb 80watt ATI fixture and bulbs on a 125 and I have no issues with an sps dominant tank. In fact I have to be very careful and acclimate corals to my light for about 1 month on a frag rack to ensure I don't bleach anything. I do about 2-3 inches each week raising them.

I would swap out the 65k for another blue plus and give it a nice 15k spectrum. My corals do very well under this bulb set up.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I want it to be blue but no so much that everything looks like it is under a blacklight. I'm looking for kind of a happy medium between white and blue so to speak. Of course, I want happy corals above all else.
