jebao dc pump question

I run both my dc pumps at 80% power (4 bars out of 5) thinking it is less stress on the pump and it will last longer, is my logic flawed?

Your logic is sound.
Frankly the biggest problem with Jebao stuff is the power supplies that come with them. Less "power" = less "heat" = longer "life"
