Blue Reef Chromis acting weird

I've had a blue reef chromis for about a month. I just added two smaller chromis and a clown goby. They were all doing fine together, all eating normally, etc. I woke up theism morning however and my blue reef chromis was hiding (usually he is super active) and now he is alive but completely off balance and only jerks when the current sweeps him into a corner. Is there anything I can do to save him?? sg= 1.024 ammonia nitrite = 0 nitrate is high but i have been doing water changes more often to fix it.

I just noticed his gills and beginning of his fins (part attached to his body) are red

Repost your question in the disease forum. Hopefully someone there can help you ID and treat.

Sounds like it may be an ammonia issue. What is the reading? How long has the tank been cycled?
