How to schedule G3 Radions to turn on and off twice a day

Is it possible to schedule my radions to power off and on twice a day for example

Turn on lights at 7:30am
Turn off lights at 11am
Turn on lights at 5pm
Then off lights at 10pm

Can this be done with the without the intervention of a apex

Sorry if this is a rather dumb question

Couldn't you just create one graph where all color channels go to zero from 11am to 5pm?
