Cheaper... Yep. Better... I doubt it. Ecotech are expensive and a little noisy but their still a high end piece of equipment.

I know its not the rw20 and wp60 but Ive got the wp40 on twin controller and the 2 rw15 sync and I can tell the rw15 has a wider & stronger flow and its smaller in size(got the wp on 100% & the rw @ 50% for both to be equal)...I assume the rw20 will have a wider and stronger flow over the wp60..

So I'm guessing I'm better to buy two rw-20 instead of two wp-60s?

Any video of it? I was thinking of getting two for my eight foot tank but a lot of people are saying the flow is overkill and i'm not sure if I should go with the 15's instead.

Don't do the 15s for that size of tank. Go with the 20s they work good on my 5.5 foot
