Radion XR30w set-up programming, worst experience ever!

Has anyone successfully programmed more than 1 radion XR30w through the online programming guild at ecosmartlive.com?
The first one I programmed and saved, then it was not possible to connect my next LED system, or the next one.. I've never seen such a bugged product/software.. amazing given the price they charge..

First one was fine, then the wheels came off on the second radion..
kept giving me the 7 step error message, which begins with
1. close your connection manager
2. disconnect USB
3. unplug radion
4. wait 30 sec.
ect ect. i did all of that, didn't work, could not get 2nd LED system to display.

deleted connection manager, re-installed, followed trouble shooting instructions.. nothing worked.. i spent over 1K to buy the best lighting and horribly bugged software is what i get?? crazy!

I love mine. Something simple is being overlooked.
You can even call ecotech and they will walk you though it.

I bought three of them, the first one is fully programmed and right now is getting close to lunar phase and is totally awesome. Then trying to set up the second is when it went to hell. It's a great product, but I'm disappointed with the bugs using the web sites software.. I have a lot of biofuel research friends who are interested in bringing this Ecotech product into their research labs. No way am I going to recommend it now. If they can't make bug free software, it's anyone guess when the next problem arises. Harsh words yes, but I had 3 hours set aside to program all three. Now I got customer service waiting for me

I don't get it. You start a thread here in this section voicing your understandable frustration with your issues but you didn't bother to first start a thread in the Ecotech forum here to try to solve your issues.

Given the almost always stellar support for the Radions by countless members, I can't help but wonder if your issues are more user error related or possibly old or mismatched firmware. I also wonder why you wouldn't exhaust all resources trying to resolve it first before starting a thread like this. You should really consider starting a thread in the Ecotech forum to figure out why you can't get it working right. Or even give them a call. I know enough people using multiple Ecotech's to know these lights work great. Something is amiss on your end and I'd be really surprised if it was a case of buggy hardware or software and if your firmware is mismatched or not current, I'd say that would be a great place to start. That would be the first thing I'd verify before setting new LED fixtures up. Been there done that.

it is all hate about Radion from programming and local distributor in Singapore . totally gave up on them even after calling to US and gave the feedback .

You need to add all your Radions to ESL.
Make sure they are all recognized, makes sure the firmware is updated on all, and calibrate each one of them, one at a time. Then create a group, adding all your Radions to that group.
Once this is done, THEN apply your program to all of them by clicking PROGRAM ALL.
You don't program them one at a time.
The current version of ESL actually works very well.

Radions Gen 2

I purchased 2 new Radions Gen 2 direct from their website last year. I ran into a little issue programming them and called their customer service, gotta say they are great!!! I was doing something wrong and was getting frustrated but they walked me step by step nice guys. Give them a call.
