WP40 to much flow in 90g mixed?
Hi,
I'm wondering if I may have too much flow. It's been about a month since I put in the wp40 I have noticed my zoo's and poly's are often closed. I have several that have been closed for a week. Location in the tank is varied and I am using two Kesil a350w. My leathers haven't branched out and my pulsating zenia look anemic and don't pulsate. SPS and LPS are doing amazing. All the water parameters are fine. I have been running the wp40 in W1/S3 and the water just about comes out of the tank. I've tried the other modes include else and I haven't liked the water pattern with one head. At 1000 gph I have a decent turnover rate. I also have a WP10 and just threw it in instead and started running it on W1/S1. Flow is much more gentle even though they are supposed to be about the same GPH. Would you recommend just trying the WP10 or maybe getting a dimmer on the wp40 and drop the voltage?
