Using rubbermaid for sump!

So I'm just going to find appropriately sized Rubbermaid tank(s) to serve as a sump. Is there any concern with the type of material in terms of having macroalgae/chaeto/saltwater in these things?

I assume your talking about the rubbermaid stock tanks? In my opinion bigger the better.
