New sump return pump

I need recommendations on a new sump
Return pump for 90gallon tank with
30gallon sump...

It came used with a RIO 3100...
I'm looking for something quiet

I have a Reef Octopus Diablo 3500 DC on my 75 g with 20 g sump. It is so quiet that the first time I turned it on, my husband thought it was broken. I run it on the fourth out of 6 power settings, but found that even the lower settings had sufficient lift that I could adjust my Herbie properly. so this size would likely work for you, or I think the next size up is 5000.

I have only had it about a month and I know many are skeptical about the longevity of DC pumps. I can't speak to that yet, but no matter what you choose, stick the Rio in a closet to have in case of emergency.
