10G tank vs BioCube 14G

Hi, I need some suggestion please. So I used to have a fish and live rock only 10 gallons tank before I move to a new house, with the move i had to take down my tank and gave all the fish back to my reef aquarium store for credit. Now I want to start a new tank but this time I want it to be a reef tank. So my question is, should I start with my 10G tank than haves a Marineland Penguin Power Filter 200GPH up to 50G tank, heater up to 30G and the lights than are odyssea quad t5HO 20'' 4x 18W T5 High Output lamps 4x Bluemoon LED than I had them use only for 2 mouth before taking down my old tank, so is this tank able to support a reef tank? the light odyssea quad t5HO i got them online for only $50 cheap so are they good for reef tank i haven't seen to much information on them online, so i don't know how they work for other people. My other idea is to start allover again and get a (marine nano 8 gallon Nuvo aquarium or Coralife Biocube 14g for example) which one is better or do you guys know others nano tank than come all ready made for reef tank. To wrap it up, what you guys think? i never had a reef tank before, so should i stay with my 10g or use more money to get a new tank. If you think a new tank is better which ones you recommend for a beginner to start a reef tank. THANK YOU!

Get a bigger tank. Start out with at least a 29, either a standard or all in one. It will make life easier & the hobby more fun.
