Tunze ATO pump help
Hey guys,
I've set up my Tunze 3155 ATO about two weeks ago and up until yesterday it worked fine, now when the water level drops below where it should be the pump kicks on and pumps water in for about 3 seconds then the water flow slowly goes to nothing with the pump still humming as it's on, it would sit like this forever if I don't shut it off, why would the flow start strong then linger off into nothing

The only issue I ever had with mine was when I let the reservoir run dry, and got air in the return line. I just tip the pump up sideways while submerged, the air bubbles out, and back in business.

There shouldn't be any air, because it initially pumps a ton then nothing, I don't see where it would get air from underwater!

How long is the tubing, and how high up does it have to pump?

Tubing is about 2 feet and pumps up about 8 inches
