New tank creature identification

First i will apologize for asking these questions. It seems to happen. I found a few things growing in my new 240 gallon setup overflows. It has been established with live rock for about 2 months and moving some corals from a nano over. I have searched the internet for pictures but can only narrow it down to a few options. Obviously concerned with aiptasia but not really experienced in what it looks like other than photos. Not sure how long they have been in the overflow.. Dont look there very often. Probably 3 like the photo and maybe a few polyps of something. Any help and/or good was of identifying aiptasia other than looking at pics to try to match would be appreciated.

They tend to gather in high flow areas-many diff species all can be considered potential problems

That is what I was worried about, but wanted a second opinion especially since they will be very difficult to get to without disturbing them. Any recommendations for that? I am thinking that I could drain out the overflow, remove the return pipe. Then remove and clean everything out. Using a torch seems out of the question for that area. I have also heard using vinegar, so maybe drain, vinegar, remove, wash everything with vinegar, rinse well and refill would work good?

Thank you again.

Those are both good ideas, just hurry up and get rid of it before 1 turns into 100.
