Snails Have Tails - Stringy Growth in the tank
Hello, The cyanobacteria in my tank seems to be under control but now I seem to have a new problem. I am not sure what this is but I am worried that it may be dinoflagellates. It could simply be another type of pest algae. I am thinking about going lights out for a few days to see if I can knock this out but I would like to get some feed back from the group as to what this is. The attached video shows the growth in high flow areas. All water parameters are good in my 4 month old tank. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I am thinking that this is GHA in two different forms.
