I have a lot of these in my QT tank. Good or bad?

I have a lot of these in a quarantine tank I keep going for future livestock additons and I'm not sure what they are. I haven't seen any in the display tank so I'm guessing they may be "food" but I don't want to ignore them if they are harmful.

They're sort of shaped like an anchor worm but hang out on the glass and are about 1/8 inch or so maximum size

What do you think? Good or bad?
