where to buy waterproof LED's?
I'm looking for the water proof LED strips that have like 3 LED's in the strip? Anyone know of a cheap place to get these with power supply? I"m looking for red LED's.

The only ones I know that are waterproof (or rated for direct weather contact) are APEX LED modules manufactured by AGILight. They're used in the sign industry, but they're not 3 watt like most people use in the hobby. I haven't looked into it, but I don't know where you would be able to get them without having an account through a distributor.

thanks for the tip. I'm hoping to just find the flexible silicon wrapped strip LED's like they sale on ebay etc. I think most of those are waterproof because they're made to go outside for accent lighting etc. The only problem is, they sell them in 100 foot rolls. I'm looking for little strips of only 2 - 5 lights. Anyone else have any leads?

I got LED strip lights from Expressions LTD and they are water resistant. They are about 12" long with 9 LEDs (8 red/1 blue). Use them in an ATS. They are made well and inexpensive. I use three and they have run flawlessly for 8 months so far.
