Wear rubber/latex gloves if you decide to do that

glue them to small rocks and sell them...have you seen the price of those bad boys? You can finance your next Acan with them!

For some reason, all I could think of was "The British are coming! The British are coming! The British are coming!"

Anyway, sounds like a good problem to have, start fragging!

I would just use tweezers to manicure my zoanthids under water. (right before a water change) Sometimes they'll come off the rocks fairly easy and you'll have a small frag, other times not so much. If this is one of your most prized colonies, you might want to try something else, but if you mind loosing a few here and there, go for it.

OP, how big is the rock? How many zoas are we talking?
You could kill them off by laying down a layer of putty, which you could probably pull off later. Or hitting them with some kalk paste. Zoas can be pretty difficult to remove by hand.

Folks, goggles are not all you need - a dust mask stops squirts to your mouth. Don't overlook that one.
