Adhering green star polyps

I have an internal overflow box in my oceanic tech tank, it's ugly. I thought about covering it with GSP but I'm not sure how to best get them to adhere. I have a mat of polyps that is 5x5 inches. What works, superglue? Any special type that works well under water without making a mess?
A mag float may work until the polyps start spreading, but my overflow box is pretty tight.

Loctite super glue gel. Or any super glue with cyanoacrylate in it
