Angry HELP PLEASE!! Candy Cane coral dying

Hi, im new to this community and I would like to get some advice on why my candy cane coral of about a month is suddenly losing its heads I bought it with 3 healthy heads, and now its down to 2 one of the 2 isn't looking so good I tested everything but mag tonight (don't have a mag test kit yet) I currently have a 29 gallon set up with a couple softies, anenome, Duncan and zoas everythings doing good except for my candy canes I don't want another head to fall off its skeleton stalk.

My water params are
Cal-440
Ph-8.2
Kh-10.2
ALk-3.64
Mag-?

im running phosban and chemipure elite in the filter everything seems fine but this candy cane coral please help? thanks
