Why use a reeflink?
I am ordering a couple of radions and would like feedback on the reeflink.
Do I need it? From what I read it's only useful if you change your lighting programming a lot. IMO the radion shoukd have the features built in but perhaps that compromised the size. If it's just so I can play with settings on my phone then I'm not interested. |

For me it's very useful. It saves me time when all I have to do is open the app on my iPhone and I can change anything on my Radions and MP10. In the beginning it was a pain. Now with all of the updates. It's working flawlessly. I rather have the Reeflink versus pulling out a micro usb cable. That's just my opinion. |

With the Reeflink you can control your Vortech pumps thru the Ecosmartlive site.
You don't need the Reeflink to control your Radion lights, you can plug into those with a USB cable. |

I use reeflink with a mp10 and a xr15. At first I wanted to
Smash it into pieces, but since the updates and upgrading to a iphone 6 plus it's been working great. I like the scheduling of the Vortech pumps. For instance mine starts the day in Lagoon, then reefcrest most the day followed by nutrient export at night, lagoon at sunset and then night mode with 20% flow. |
