brand new
I just decided last month I wanted to start a salt water tank. I'm looking around on craigs list to possibly find a used tank. I am so overwhelmed by the choices in everything. Glass vs acrylic for example. I am planning on getting 100 gallon tank. One I am considering now is 1 100 gallon acrylic tank but i can see some scratches on it.
any tips on picking the tank? |

Brand new is easiest.

Used is cheapest. Arylic is pretty easy to polish

the tank is only $400 for a 100 gallon tank with a really nice stand and hood. It is from a bank and was maintained by a professional. Just emptied out and being sold.

Depends on what is in "all other equipment". You should list all here and we can tell you if the price is okay.
