T5 Supplementing

I have been using two LED lights and I want to add more spectrum. I am getting a 4 bulb 24 inch T5HO fixture to put in the middle of the two LEDs and I have never used T5 lighting before. The T5 fixture only has one cable so I plan on having the fixture turn on all four bulbs two hours after the whites from the LEDs come on and have the T5s turn off 2 hours before the whites on the LEDs turn off. What would you guys reccomend for bulbs?
