Moving a 150g aquarium...

So, I've moved a 75 gallon tank twice before and understand the general process.
I have barrels in a trailer, use a pump to move the water from the tank to the barrels, put the fish, LR and corals in the barrels, etc. but it's been 8 years since I last moved a tank and have a weird question:

I have a sump pump that has only been used 3 times - all in an outdoor pond situation where I was emptying garden pond. And then the hose I have is just the general garden hose that I use all the time at my house - I have two to choose from (1 that is used on a well water hookup, and 1 that is used on a city water hookup).
So, my question is - is it safe to use any or all of these items in just emptying the water from the tank to the barrels, then in revers to refill the tank at the new location?
I cannot for the life of me remember what I used 8 and 11 years ago to move a previous setup.

If I were you id run the pumps in some ro, or saltwater for a couple minutes. I wouldn't use the garden hose though, don't know what metals could be lurking around in there. Plastic tubing works great.
