Tank is a 8 day old IM Nuvo 30 micro. 18 lbs of Florida live rock and 8 lbs of Tonga live rock.

New to saltwater tanks and need some hitch hiker help. The following worm like arm is reaching out of my live rock. There are around 5 pcs in one area. What is it?

I also have a small mantis shrimp I need to remove. What is the easiest way to catch remove these pests? I was lucky and one swam into the overflow and made it easy on me. I have tried the bottle trap but no luck. Here was the mother....
