wp40 vs rw-15

Hi

anyone own an rw-15 jebao powerhead? is the "flow" rate controllable?

the wp40 flow rate control is a real joke! i wanted to know if the flow rate of the rw-15 can be controlled like the ecotech mp40. from very low to very high and you can actually see a different. thanks is advance
