Power Head
In my BioCube would I need to buy a power head for it because it has an water pump thing on the back wall but does it do the job?

Yes you also need a powerhead. Additional flow is not only highly recommended but necessary IMO.

If you want to keep. In a FO or a FOWLR no not necessary also if you are keeping just soft orals the one should be ok. If you plan on other types of coral then yes you need more flow.

You do need as much flow as possible and suitable for your corals and the likes, but there are multiple ways to do it. You can add a powerhead, but I prefer in a smaller tank to just upgrade the return pump. What model of BioCube do you have?
