Kessil 360we on controller, do the knobs still work?
I have my Kessil a360we on the spectral controller, but noticed that the knobs on top of the controller still make changes to the color and intensity. I would assume that the knobs would no longer function when the spectral controller was attached. Any input on where they should be set? If they are set at less than max, does that mean my controller numbers are incorrect? Any help is appreciated. Happy New Year!!!

As far as I am aware, the knobs should not function once the control cable is connected. At least they don't when connected to the Apex. Are you sure you have the cable from the controller plugged into the input connection on the 360 and not the output connection? That would be the only scenario that I can think of that would cause the knobs to function when connected to a controller. I'd go back and double check that.
Assuming you have it wired properly and the knob still has an impact, I would set it to full power and allow the controller to dim it accordingly as the percentages will not be correct if the knobs are reducing the intensity.
