Apex and Calcium Reactor Question.

Just started using a Calcium reactor. Geo 618 and the CarbonDoser Electronic Co2 Regulator from Aquarium plants on a 10 pound bottle. With ARM Media. Tank is a 150 with 40 gallon sump. Water has been good. ALK at 9.2 cal. 480 and mag. at 1300. Its been running for 2 mo. Question I have is im watching it all will the
neptune system and every 5 days i have to slow down CO2 in Calcium reactor start getting Ph spikes in the reactor. I have the Co2 balanced with Apex from low Ph of 7.05 to High 7.10. and Ph in reactor rides at 7.06 to 7.085 great. and makes a flat line for ph for the most part and in 5 days looking at Apex graph. It will start to spike, Apex starts to turn on and off. If I slow the Regulator down it will flatten out the PH graph in reactor for five more days.
Everything looks clean still good flow of water out of reactor.
Any ideas?
Is the CarbonDoser timer out of whack any one have this problem?
