Red Sea reef colors

I got the Red Sea reef colors a,b,c,d, for Xmas. Anyone have any experience with this? Will I need to text for each dose individually or is there a generic dosing regime?

My apologies in advance for coming off lazy.

Try the Red Sea forum on RC if the directions are confusing. They also produce some food videos on all of their products.
