ID suggestins

Tanks been up and running a couple years. I didn't expect to find any new critters, but this guy is definitely news to me. No idea what it is. It is burrowing under a rock and withdraws when you shine a light directly on him. Seems to come out during the day and night. Although last night (when I first spotted him) he was coming out the other side of the rockwork.
