20g algea turf scrubber

I have been reading alot into algea turf scrubbers. And want to DIY my own for a 20g with a overflow box and 10g. Sump
,what size screen would you recommend and what size flow rate should I have? does the light really matter or will any do?

Scrubber screen size, lighting and water flow requirements are based on what you feed instead of tank size. Lots of great info in the Advanced Area of this forum.
