b-ionic 2 part arrived calcified

Ordered 1 gal jugs from BRS and the alkalinity part is about 1/4 completely calcified. Is there a way to get it to liquify again or will I need to call BRS for a replacement?

Put the jug in some nice warm water and let it warm up the liquid inside. Shake up and dissolve as much as you can. Repeat as many times as necessary. I had to do this with some of my ESV B-Ionic Alk, eventually it will dissolve.

That's normal for me I've never had it come without crystals in it. .. I do exactly what's recommended above I've even heated the rodi water before mixing it in. The latter works much better.
