Programming chinese LED lamp

Hello

I have "by accident" a second-hand LED lamp like this available:

However I do not have any instruction manual, and can not figure out how to programme it. There is a panel on the lamp itself and a Remote Control as shown in the link.

My hope is that someone here may have similar lamps or the same type of remote, and can advise where to find an instruction or copy it to me.

I have sent a request to the chinese supplier, but so far no response.

And if so may be kind to give me some advice?
