Kessil Lighting - advice needed.

Hi all, made the investment and upgraded to all Kessils. I have a 100 gallon 5' long mixed reef tank and plan to have 3 A360WE's spread across. They will be controlled through my Apex. My system is already used to led's but lower end units, one Current USA and two Wavepoint fixtures to be exact, all 48". So the question is how to acclimate to the new lighting. Start at the lowest intensity and gradually increase? Or since they are used to led's go ahead and dive in? I don't have a par meter but do have access to one if advised.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks as always.

The LEDs that Kessil uses are in a different class than your old fixtures. Start low and ramp up slowly. A par meter won't be much help because it has trouble registering some of the wavelengths put out by LEDs. Just watch and see how your corals react and be patient.

So adjust intensity slowly but color is all preference?

A good place to start would be to tell us what's in your reef tank
