red bugs treatment

I think my aquarium infested by red bugs. All signs leads to it, pour coloration, bites and the polyps are not extended that much. I also see tiny, more like white, spots on my acros, i don't have good camera to take a good pic of them. The problem is that here in Greece we don't have sentinel and of course no interceptor. The medicine that replaced it is milbemax that includes the milbemycine oxime together with praziquantel in quantities per pill 25mg oxide and 125mg prazi. Is it safe to use it in the display tank. in the tank i keep spa, lps, soft corals and a clam. i would appreciate any advice.
