Swallowtail Hawkfish Reef Safe?

This species seems to really stand out among the other hawks, given it's more anthias-like shape, as well it's smaller mouth, leading me to believe it would be less likely to make a meal out of my shrimp/small fish. There seems to be almost zero information on this fish online, and in the books I have seen they seem to give it a more general hawkfish description, as opposed to giving specific information on this species. Does *anyone* keep this fish? If so, what was your experience? Would fish such as neon gobies, small blennies, assessors etc., as well as shrimp, be safe around this fish?
