I have used kalk paste before and there's a good chance it won't work and cause some small part of it to replicate. Using the paste and then covering with something like an epoxy putty may help. But I've always had good luck with getting a handful of peppermint shrimp and one of them usually does it. Unless you have shrimp eating fish. I'm sure the anemone will eventually get some of them too.

Peppermint shrimp or aphasia eating files. I've had both do wonders and get rid of 100% of the aphasia in my tank.
