Is there such thing as too much light?

I have two 48 inch LED strips above my tank. Both around 48 watts a piece. Then I decided to also add my 36 inch t5 high output lights too. I have a 55 gallon tank with coral and fish. I'm somewhat new and don't know if this is too much light I just want to grow my coral fast

Short answer to your question: yes. You can absolutely kill your coral with too much light.
