Rock with coral and GHA?

Im getting my new 45 rimless tank in this week and i have all my coral and some live rock with coral attached to it in a 20 gallon waiting for transfer.

Question is: Should i just scrap away when i move it all over or just try and pull as much off and say screw it?

I just cant get rid of it cause it has some coral attached
