Anyone had any dealings with SicceUS warranty service??

I am in the middle of a claim with them now and they are taking forever... They really don't seem to have their stuff together. It seemed to be pretty good out of the gate but now I can't seem to get hold of them for a status. I have emailed several times now with no reply and the phones are never answered.

I just want the new pump that they said they were sending me along with a couple of refurb pumps they said they were fedexing the next day. that was a week ago today.

I'm not knocking the pumps... Just really frustrated. I know i said a week ago but I opened the claim 4-5 weeks ago.
