those are bristle worms, I have always had them, Sometimes i see them crawling over my zoas and they will close up but never killed anything. I think they are a good source of food for your fish. I have read about them getting out of hand and reaching epidemic proportions if that happens just get a six line wrass or something that is a voracious meat eater. the shrimp probably eat them too.

Thank you, we currently have no fish as still cycling our tank, it's a second hand tank that came with the shrimp and lots of worms lol
