Now a couple weeks ago the tips turned white and then went back to normal and actually grew..but now just the body is white but the tips have color but you can still see the polyps...Please suggestions or help ....also this is a bird of paradise frag...thank you in advance

Alk

No3
P04
Magnesium
How old is the tank
what lights are you running
How old are the bulbs
Do you use RODI
Are you dosing anything your not testing for (trace elements)

There is know way to look at a frag and tell what is wrong.

Parameters are all good I know that isn't the problem..the tank is 2 years old..and we have leds which are about a year old and yes RODI...I just want to know if the coral is bleaching or what does it look like to anyone or if anyone else has experience the same thing

I can tell you that that doesn't look good, because it looks as tho it had turned white from the bottom and that's not good at all, I have never heard of a way to save it if that's the case
