Montipora help please

There seems to be some discoloration/fading of my montipora.
Any advice would be helpful.

Tank parameters:
46 gallon bowfront
SG 1.025
Ca 430
Alk 8.3
Nitrates 0.25-0.5
Phosphates 0.08
Temp stable around 79

Lighting with 4 T5 bulbs ,
2 coral pluses on for 4 hours daily
1 blue plus and one fluval actinic on for 8.5 hours daily

First thought is detectable nitrate and phosphate, however you clearly have growth tips so that's good. I wouldn't be too concerned other then lowering nitrate and phosphate.

Montipora, especially caps, are sensitive to low magnesium. Have you tested for that? My guess is its low.
