Photo of my 100 gallon
I'm enjoying my reefing probably more than I ever have. I've been doing it for over 20 years.

What's the reason you're enjoying it more than ever? I also have been in the hobby 20 years and I feel the same as you do. What got me fired up was my wife saying a year ago (you know! you don't take care of the tanks like you use to) So here I am again full throttle!!!!

I built a 3d background a year and a half ago and it's coming around now. I moved this into our bedroom from a spare, so now I can appreciate it more. I'm also doing things a little different than I have in the past. I've never tried a RBTA before and it's cool to see one go from a quarter size to this.

Nice tank man. Do you run phosphate? Your sand seems clean.
Edit: Cleaner than mine.

Yeah be worried about the yellow polyps! I'm fighting a constant battle with them they outpace nearly every other coral. Especially sps, they'll actually grow onto an encrusting growth. They look good but aren't worth the trouble imo.
Tank looks great by the way! |

This is an old pic but you can see they've taken over a lot of the right side. |
