Unhappy Help~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got the nuvo16 g been around 2 year untill now ..and i have the aquagate protein skimmer on the back ..this few day i feel like the skimmer doesnt working normal ..water flow etc...i was wondering if i get the Innovative Marine AuqaGadget - MiniMax-Media Reactor to install it its gonna be alright for the tank ? or ..do i really have to have skimmer too ?or it will be ok with out one of then ?

and also this few day some of the hard coral starting bleaching out little ...its theres anything i can do ?

Yoy dont need skimmer on tank that size. Small skimmers are difficult to maintain.
More water changes without one though.

Bleaching can sometimes result when you place the corals under too much light. I'm not sure what kind of lights you have, but you can try to move them elsewhere. What kind of hard corals do you have? Make sure your parameters are stable. In a 16G this can be difficult sometimes.
