Vertex doser feedback

has anyone ever heard of these getting stuck on?
quick google search shows dozens of reefers with GHL doser getting stuck on
my GHL screen is also starting to give out

I have not seen many reports of these things being stuck on, when I did the research on buying one. I do know the screens on the stand alone version are problematic for some reason. You can get just the replacement screen from GHL though I do not know what they cost.

As far as dosers getting stuck. The accounts I have read regardless of brand seem to be generally when they get wet, salt creep, or a connection gets jarred loose inside.

I have no experience with Vertex so I cannot answer that specific question.

Using Libra doser for the past year or so. Amazing piece of equipment, still asking myself why i did not bought it earlier. Very well build, high quality parts, easy to program.Keep in mind, that minimum single dose is 0.5 ml.;for dosing smaller amount, solution must be dilluted proportionately to with water. Simple install and
forget.

No complaints so far, thinking of getting one more unit in the future. Mounting is easy, it is using 2 brackets, like an picture frame, adjustable length wide;big touch screen in front of unit make more sense instead of buttons with small 2*24 screen or on the top where you need to to scroll thru endless sub menu's , but it is personal preference. As for noise level - it is not quietest, you can hear it ( i have DC model , stepper version should be silent ) .

I have the non-stepper motor version. Not the quietest thing but no operational issues.
