Are there special clubs or classes to take for this hobby
Thought it be neat to join a club, schooling or a place to meet people with the same interests on marine life ETC ETC any recommendations?

Yes lots of clubs. Some located right here on these forums. Scroll down and select the club forum option then select the area you live in.

It looks like there are a few in AZ, but they're not very active on the forums. That usually means they have their own forum:
http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/fo...play.php?f=537 In terms of classes, even if there were classes, I doubt attendance would be very high -- not enough to make a go of it. Classes for hobbyists typically don't do well because they compete against the LFS and internet for information gathering. On the other hand, that's where reef clubs excel. Definitely use the link above to scope out the reef club(s) in your area then do research.
