Recordea florida mushrooms shrinking

Hi all

I had these ricordias for months now, but about 2days ago I had noticed that 1 recordea have been shrinking, and now another 2 are showing the same symptoms some brown slime coming out of their mouths and they keep shrinking ! I appriciate any help, cause I really don't like to loose them
Flow is good ( not blasting them but there is enough flow to move them a little side ways when fully inflated. Light is medium to low. I didn't move them or anything

you should do some testings and see if they're in range. other than water issue, something might be bothering them or they're placed close to some aggressive corals which are stinging them with long tentacles at nights.
